En las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office se ha previsto que varias personas trabajen en los contenidos de una presentación, ya que se pueden insertar comentarios para los revisores, comparar las distintas versiones, trabajar en co-autoría y revisar los cambios realizados por otros autores.


Comentarios 

Los comentarios son notas con explicaciones, sugerencias o peticiones para que otras personas las lean o tú recuerdes algo qué hacer posteriormente.

Para agregar comentarios en las diapositivas, haz lo siguiente:

1-Selecciona la diapositiva donde deseas insertar el comentario.

2-Pulsa en la ficha Revisar.

3-Presiona en el botón Nuevo Comentario del grupo Comentarios.

4-Aparece un pequeño rectángulo con las iniciales del usuario registrado desde la instalación d Office. Puedes ver las iniciales en la ficha General del cuadro de diálogo Opciones de PowerPoint.

5-Escribe el comentario y luego pulsa con el ratón fuera del recuadro, el texto se oculta, pero quedan visibles los rectangulitos.   Imagen relacionada

Exotic animals are all those species that are not common in natural habitats them or suffer a danger and they are very difficult to see in rural areas, exotic animals are not a few pets and clear this highlight in are not considered them a type of ani wrong, these animals do not carry thousands of years sharing half of their lives with the humans and would not know how to behave in front of a human offspring can be very aggressive. Bloque 3 Insertar Tablas En algunas presentaciones a veces es necesario mostrar de manera ordenada los datos numéricos para que puedan entenderse más fácilmente.En dicho caso,la manera de ordenar los datos es organizarlos dentro de una tabla. Ademas, en las celdas de la tabla pueden insertarse otros objetos para organizarlos geométricamente en la presentación. En conclusión, las tablas, el programa se convierte en una poderosa herramienta para realizar informes financieros,cotizaciones,listas de calificaciones y tareas escolares. Insertar Tabla.
