Bloque 5  Trabajo Compartido En las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office se ha previsto que varias personas trabajen en los contenidos de una presentación, ya que se pueden insertar comentarios para los revisores, comparar las distintas versiones, trabajar en co-autoría y revisar los cambios realizados por otros autores. Comentarios  Los comentarios son notas con explicaciones, sugerencias o peticiones para que otras personas las lean o tú recuerdes algo qué hacer posteriormente.  Para agregar comentarios en las diapositivas, haz lo siguiente: 1-Selecciona la diapositiva donde deseas insertar el comentario. 2-Pulsa en la ficha Revisar . 3-Presiona en el botón Nuevo Comentario del grupo Comentarios. 4-Aparece un pequeño rectángulo con las iniciales del usuario registrado desde la instalación d Office. Puedes ver las iniciales en la ficha General del cuadro de diálogo Opciones de PowerPoint. 5-Escribe el comentario y luego pulsa con el ratón

Bloque 4  Efectos de transición   PowerPoint permite incluir efectos espaciales y animaciones para las entradas al escenario de cada una de las diapositivas. También es posible la animación de cada uno de los objetos insertados(imágenes,sonidos,videos,texto,etc...). Para incluir estos efectos, debes utilizar los comandos de las cintas de opciones TRANSICIONES y ANIMACIONES. Para insertar transiciones, selecciona la primera diapositiva y haz lo siguiente: 1-Pulsa la ficha TRANSICIONES y asigna a la diapositiva seleccionada uno de los efectos especiales de la galería. 2-Recuerda que puedes utilizar las flechas hacia arriba y hacia abajo de la galería o presionar en el botón Más para abrirla y ver todos los efectos disponibles.       3-Cuando seleccionas uno de los efectos de animación,éste se aplica automáticamente a la diapositiva seleccionada. También puedes ver el efecto presionado en el botón Vista previa . 

Bloque 3 Insertar Tablas En algunas presentaciones a veces es necesario mostrar de manera ordenada los datos numéricos para que puedan entenderse más fácilmente.En dicho caso,la manera de ordenar los datos es organizarlos dentro de una tabla. Ademas, en las celdas de la tabla pueden insertarse otros objetos para organizarlos geométricamente en la presentación. En conclusión, las tablas, el programa se convierte en una poderosa herramienta para realizar informes financieros,cotizaciones,listas de calificaciones y tareas escolares. Insertar Tabla. Para insertar una tabla en una presentación, selecciona la diapositiva en la que deseas insertar la tabla y haz lo siguiente: 1-Pulsa en la ficha insertar 2-Presiona en el único botón, TABLA. 3-En la ventana Insertar tabla, define las columnas y filas de tu tabla(Hasta 10x8), selecciona directamente, con el mouse.  Para insertar una tabla de manera manual,haz lo siguiente: 1-Selecciona la opcion

Bloque 2   Insertar WordArt Una de las funciones de texto más llamativas, desde que se crearon las primeras versiones de office, WordArt permite insertar un texto artistico para utilizarlo como titulo o para resaltar letreros.
